The gourmet Italian restaurant Djerba Park opens its doors each year only in summer.

At the head of the kitchen team, an Italian chef who makes discover some delicious recipes of his country with ingredients imported from Italy: mozzarella, mascarpone, balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheese, ham of parma and other charcuteries. The setting is very nice, a large terrace in floor, with subtly changing lights.

The team room is young, caring, considerate and cheerful. Tables are soberly and carefully erect,
with elegance, plates and glasses waiting transparency playing.

As Antipasti, La Faenza offers
including: tuna tartare, parma ham and melon, eggplant parmesan golden, tomato mozzarella vinegar
Balsamic (pictured above). Prices range from 8 to 18 dinars, mozzarella salad is for example 10 dinars.
Guests can enjoy among other black ravioli stuffed wolf and cuttlefish risotto with speck and fontina
Gnocchi with Roquefort and walnuts, chicken (in escalope) cream truffles, swordfish (grilled steak).

Finally of course, we will offer you the famous tiramisu or panna cotta or fresh fruit.
Wine lovers will find very good wines to accompany dinner.
